Gotei 13
Name: Viper Kemono
Squad Division: 9th
Desired Rank: Captain
Reason for Applying:
Why I want the captain's rank and why I think I would be a good 9th captain is I want the captain ranking because I in my own opinon and in many's opinon am a very good RPer. I can be very detailed and give high grade post which is very befitting of someone in a captain's ranking.
I am on all the time, and I help my squad members, rather it is small petty problems or training. I have past experince as a captain and I know what is expected of me if I where to be a captain. I am a very responsible person, and I follow the rules very well. I Bealive I can be a great help to the site as a captain also. Oh and to add on I have also been a administrator before, so I know the workings of a site, and how to enforce the rules somthing I bealive a captain needs to know.
This concludes why I think I deserve a captain's ranking.
Roleplaying Sample:
Captain Kemono was sitting behind the wooden desk in the dimmly lit office of the 9th squad barrecks. His crimson red eyes where set upon the paper work infront of him, with a pen in his right hand. His rice paper door was slid shut, and it was compleatly silent as he had set up a small retsui wall barrier around his office, to keep out all noise except that of anoncments sent by shinigami, or the knock of a door. This way any un-natrul sounds from the out side would not distract him from his paper work.
The paper work consisted of many things including that of transfer request, new members, request for seated test and so on. Viper read these all over very careful, and he wrote down his name, placed his seal, and wrote his respons evenly with his penship. Athough he was blind, and had no brail to see he laced his fingers with retsui and placed it over the paper, using a small trick he invented. The retsui would make the letters stand out in bold feeling, and his sense of feeling translated that messege into his mind, where the letters appeared. This way he can read anyway.
As far as how he sings papers so easly, he is very accurate with his sword so a pen is no problem. Right as he was about to finish up the one-hundreth peice of paper, which is half of his paper work for the day there was a knock on the wooden part of the wall, and out side was a shadow, most likely one of his squad members. He could since his retsui and smiled lightly as his lips parted for speech.
"Come in." was all Viper spoke, and as he said this the rice paper door slid open, a unseated officer standing there. "Captain Kemono sir, I wanted to ask you somthing. I lately have been trouble in controling my Shikai, and with my Zanpakuto in genral, could you help me find out what I am doing wrong?" the un-seated member asked with a tad hint of anoynce in his voice. Viper with out a word, stood up and offered him his own seat as Viper walked to the right.
The member hesitated for a moment but took the seat as offered and laid the Zanpakuto out on the desk, leaving it unsheathed lightly. Viper spoke once more. "Alright. So tell me what the problem seems to be..and what have you doen lately?" he asked in a calm tone as he faced the wall. The un-seated member closed his eyes as he started to think to himself, recalling events. "Well sir. One day I just achived my Shikai, about a week ago. Everything was going great untill my spirt told me to try a new move. I was doing as told be he kept getting frustrated with me, and before long my whole Shikai just dissapred. I can only summon it for short time's now and I don't know what is wrong." he explained in a confused and almost sorrowful voice
Viper sighed as he pondered the problem then smiled and said "It seems your spirt's got a temper..I would suggest, meditating. Talk to your Zanpakuto, ask it what it is the matter and what you did to anger it. Leave the office and do this. Once you have done it if the problem still persist and you're zanpakuto is being stubbern come back to me. I may be abul to help but I make no promises. Issues with a Zanpakuto are usally only solveabul bettwen the Zanpakuto and it's master." Viper explained as he turned around to face the un-seated member. He wore a small smile, and his tone was always so nice. He only acted tough and mean to the seated members, because he expected much more of them.
The un-seated member with out further word, stood up, sheathed the Zanpakuto fully, replaced it on his sash, bowed to the captain and left. Viper was satisfied with the results and sat back down at his desk as he started to do his paper work once more.
